Redland are able to provide an optional hosting service for our solutions. 

 

The service is based in a Data Centre owned and managed by Kingston Communications (KCom). 

 

KCom design and manage the Datacentre to exceed the tier 1 datacentre specification. There are multiple power and network feeds, UPS power and diesel generator backup. The building has environmental monitoring to ensure a constant temperature and humidity. 

 

The integrity of the services is monitored 24/7 with automated email and SMS alerts to key individuals to ensure high availability. 

 

The infrastructure has built in redundancy and designed to be resilient in the event of the failure of a hardware component.
