John Harrison Insight Product Manager

John graduated In Geology from Manchester University in 1985, and the early part of his career was in Oil Exploration.
A career change lead to working in Information Technology within the Financial Services market, which has continued over the last 21 years.
John has over that time gained wide experience of customer focused project delivery roles working for Sirius Solutions, Crisp Computing, The Exchange, Marlborough Stirling, and joined Redland in 2004.
John's early experience was as a Training Officer, Support Analyst, and Product Marketing Executive however his primary roles have been as a Senior Business Consultant leading analysis and test teams and supporting Project Management. John has an excellent track record of successful delivery into various market sectors including General Insurance & IFA back Office, Point Of Sale Systems, Contact Centre, IFA Network Administration and Quotation portals.
Since joining Redland john has been primarily responsible for the initial design, scope and on-going functional development of the Insight TC product whilst also being heavily involved in the implementations of the product. Through his current role as Product Manager John manages the continued development of the product and supports various delivery projects and the Sales Team.
Outside of work John used to be a keen and able squash player, and footballer and today enjoys 'DIY', the Cinema, Reading, and threatens to regenerate his passion for sport by dusting down his Golf Clubs!
His biggest passions however have always been 'Cars and Guitars', consequently John can often be in dirty overalls with a spanner in his hand 'tending to his beloved Classic Car, or toting his equally adored Fender Stratocaster and 'cutting some hot licks' with his local rock band. |
Louise Bowen Sales Support Manager

Louise graduated in Business Administration in 1995 and has worked in Information Technology within the Financial Services market ever since.
Louise has held various roles, from Business Analyst, Project Manager and Sales Support Manager in various companies throughout her career, starting at Crisp Computing, The Exchange, Marlborough Stirling and Redland since 2005.
Louise has an excellent track record of delivering projects and an extensive knowledge of systems including IFA Back Office, Point of Sale systems, Portals and more recently, the implementation of a number of Sales Support Systems.
Since joining Redland Louise has continued to move around the business providing support through a number of roles and currently supports the sales team.
Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with her family including her german shepherd dog, days out, DIY and the joys of being a busy working mother. |
Brian Whybrew Sales & Training Manager

Brian joined the Redland team in 2005 following nearly 30 years working for Wesleyan Financial Services and moving into Information Technology in 1998.
Brian has wide experience from over 40 years within the Financial Services Industry. This Includes various roles, skills and knowledge in sales and account management, sales process design, business requirements gathering and facilitating workshops, implementing point of sale technologies for Life and Pension, sales training & consultancy and training needs analysis, design and delivery for all company levels and skills.
In his spare time Brian enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorbike, cooking and holiday's on his custom built narrow boat. |
Martin Eyre Lead Technical Architect

Martin Eyre is Lead Technical Architect responsible for the technical solutions developed at Redland.
Martin has been interested in software development since the early 80's, and after qualifying from Birmingham Polytechnic with a HND in computing Martin wrote and developed software within the automotive industry.
In 1997 he advanced into Financial Services working for Crisp Computing, The Exchange, Marlborough Stirling, Crystal Software and joined Redland in 2005.
Martin has been responsible for many successful software deliveries, expertly leading large and small teams of developers to ensure software is delivered on time and to budget. His technical expertise includes implementing Statistical Analysis, Point of Sale, Call Centre Solutions within the Mortgage, General insurance and Pensions Markets. Now as Lead Technical Architect at Redland and with nearly 15 years' experience in Financial services he is responsible at all points within the product development life cycle ensuring smooth progression of the continuous development and expansion of Insight TC.
Always ready to provide support and assurance, Martin is a valued and accommodating Team Leader with the ability to competently solve problems and able to communicate effectively with Clients and his colleagues on all levels.
Even before his early days working within the automotive industry he has had a passion for fast cars, and enjoys nothing better than a Sunday drive in his classic car. Martin is a family man and his four children are at the forefront of his life and he enjoys spending as much time as possible with them. He has more recently discovered a passion for hiking, particularly in the mountains of Snowdonia with friends and colleagues from Redland. |
